Heaviness has been swirling for some time now, but I didn’t feel it then in the same way I do today after war anniversaries and more catastrophic hurricanes are looming. Popping on to say that I’m at the @hewinghotel tonight. Sound Journey Meditation is from 6pm-7:30pm. There are still a few spaces, if your heart and nervous system need some sound healing. Sending love and light and prayers.

Every 4th Thursday, I’ll be facilitating a Group Sound Journey Meditation in their gorgeous Whipple Chapel with the support of my dear friend Suez Nields of Anam Treo LLC (@anamtreo_llc). The chapel is incredible, and I’m so grateful for the opportunity to bring sound to this space. ✨
